1. The product has high expansion, adhesion, waterproof, insulation, sound insulation, heat insulation, thermal insulation, pressure resistance, earthquake resistance, low thermal conductivity, and low water absorption.
2. The product has a wide range of uses and can bond different materials. It is used for filling the gap between wall pipes and walls, insulation of wire pipes, sound insulation of partition walls, waterproof and moisture-proof cabinets, filling of door frames and window frames, and thermal insulation of sinks and bathtubs.
3. Fast curing speed and strong applicability. It will not crack, shrink or corrode for a long time after curing, and it will not harm the human body after curing.
4. The normal applicable temperature of the material tank is 5℃-35℃, the optimal applicable temperature is 18℃-25℃, and the temperature resistance range after curing is -30℃-80℃.
5. The foam can adhere to the surface of substrates such as concrete, wood, metal, plastic, etc., but does not include Teflon, oil, and silicone resin.
How to Use PU Foam Sealant
Before use, shake the material tank up and down for one minute. Before construction, please clean and wet the construction surface; connect the material tank upside down to the spray gun, rotate to open the flow valve, and adjust the flow; spray from bottom to top, and spray to 1/2 of the required filling volume; the foam will begin to solidify after ten minutes, and the next step can be performed after one hour: the solidified foam can be removed with a sharp knife, and then treated with cement mortar, paint or silicone.
Precautions
Before construction, remove the floating dust and oil on the construction surface and spray a little water on the construction surface. When filling the vertical gap, move from bottom to top and pay attention to the expansion of the foam. The flow control valve and trigger of the spray gun can control the size of the foam flow. When the spray stops, close the flow valve clockwise: If you need to replace the material tank, shake the new material tank for one minute, then unscrew the empty tank and replace it with a new material tank as soon as possible to prevent the spray gun connection from solidifying. After using the spray gun, please clean it immediately with a special cleaning agent. The non-stick time of the foam surface is 10 minutes, and it can be cut after 30 minutes. The foam solidifies in about 1 hour and reaches stability in 3-5 hours (all data are obtained under laboratory conditions). This product is not UV-resistant, so it is recommended to apply other materials (such as sealants, coatings, etc.) on the solidified foam surface.
