How to Use Grout Filler for Tile
1. Before construction, apply about 40CM of glue to prevent uneven mixing of the glue at the front end, which will cause incomplete curing after construction.
2. During the construction process, if the glue is not applied continuously for more than 15 minutes, the glue in the mixing tube is not easy to squeeze. At this time, you need to apply glue with a little force. After about 20 minutes of the usable time, the glue in the mixing tube has begun to solidify. If you squeeze it hard, it is easy to damage the mixing gun. If you want to continue using it, you need to replace a new mixing tube. If there is unused glue in the hose, it can be stored together with the gradually solidified mixing tube for the next use, and then replaced with a new mixing tube for continued use.
3. If the construction is carried out in a place where the temperature is lower than 15℃, the glue viscosity is high and it is not easy to use a glue gun. In this case, you can soak the product in warm water for 10-20 minutes or use a hair dryer to heat it evenly for 10 minutes to facilitate glue application.
4. Removal method after the colloid solidifies: it can be heated with a hair dryer and then removed with a knife.
