Instructions
♦ Clean the application surface, ensuring it is dry, free of oil, and dust.
♦ Apply protective tape to both sides of the application surface. If the joint is too wide, fill the joint with gasketing material.
♦ Cut the nozzle, install the nozzle, and cut the nozzle to the required size. Use a glue gun to squeeze the sealant.
♦ Inject the sealant continuously, allowing the sealant to be squeezed out evenly in a cylindrical shape from the nozzle. Move the nozzle evenly and slowly to ensure the joint is fully filled with sealant. Avoid rapid nozzle movement, which can cause bubbles or voids.
♦ Finish trimming within 5 minutes of application and remove the protective tape.
♦ This product cures by reacting with moisture in the air. Maintain good ventilation for rapid surface drying. The drying time will vary depending on the ambient temperature, humidity, air contact area, and bond depth. Avoid any movement of the joint (such as external force or movement) until a well-cured layer is formed.
