Applications
This sealant offers excellent adhesion to most substrates, including glass, wood, PVC, plastics, metal, concrete, aluminum, PVC, copper, brick, stone, and porcelain.
Instructions
1. The surface must be clean, dry, and free of grease and old adhesive. To facilitate cleaning, mask smooth surfaces. Apply to one side only.
2. Apply to one side, using 1 drop per square inch of surface.
3. Assemble the parts together and apply pressure for several minutes or until cured.
4. Apply moderate pressure to the substrate. Remove any excess adhesive with acetone.
5. This product takes 15 minutes to form a skin, and cures at a rate of 2-3 mm/day.
6. The application temperature should be above 5°C and below 45°C.
Safety Tips
1. Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow.
2. Avoid contact with eyes or skin. In case of contact with skin: Wash with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses and continue rinsing. If irritation occurs, seek medical attention.
Storage and Reuse
- Store in a cool, dark place.
- After opening, this product should be used within 6 months.
- After use, keep the nozzle attached to the cartridge.
- Wrapping the nozzle in aluminum foil and sealing with tape will protect it from moisture and extend its storage life.
