Loncool structural silicone sealant is a high-quality, neutral, elastic, one-component, hybrid polymer-based adhesive sealant for bonding and sealing interior and exterior window films.

Easy to process, extrude (even at low temperatures), and perform in all weather conditions.
Excellent adhesion to many types of tapes and window films, with the exception of asphalt, PP, PE, PTFE, and silicone.
Good adhesion to most common building materials.
Free of solvents, halogens, acids, and isocyanates.
Remains elastic after curing and is extremely durable.

Bonds without a primer, even on damp surfaces, thanks to a unique adhesion promoter.

For bonding and sealing to structures, masonry, concrete, plaster, cement, aluminum, wood, etc.

Precautions
- We recommend performing a preliminary adhesion and compatibility test on each surface.
- Pre-application surface preparation: Porous surfaces in aqueous applications should be primed with Primer 150. A preliminary adhesion test is recommended for each surface. Non-porous surfaces should be pre-treated with a cleaner.
- Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE (e.g., Teflon®), asphalt substrates, copper, or materials containing copper, such as bronze and brass.
Instructions
Use a hand or pneumatic caulking gun. Apply the adhesive to the substrate in a continuous layer with gaps of approximately 5 mm. Apply the SWS tape tension-free to the adhesive layer and press. A continuous layer of 1 to 2 mm thick and approximately 25 mm wide ensures optimal curing.
