Loncool neutral silicone structural adhesive is a one-component neutral-curing silicone sealant designed for bonding applications such as glass and metal structures and stone.

Used for structural bonding and sealing of glass, stone, marble, granite, aluminum curtain walls, glass skylights and metal structure projects.

Instructions
1. Clean all joints and glazing channels to remove any foreign matter and contaminants, such as grease, oil, dust, water, frost, surface dirt, old sealant, or glazing adhesive and protective coatings.
2. Install backing material or joint filler, spacers, shims, and tape. Mask the area near the joint to ensure a neat sealant line. Primer is generally not required on non-porous surfaces, but may be necessary on some porous surfaces for optimal sealing. A test run is always recommended.
3. The sealant can be applied using a variety of pneumatic and spray guns, as well as most types of bulk dispensing equipment. Apply the sealant gently and firmly to the backing material and joint surfaces before any skin forms (usually within 10 minutes). Remove the masking tape immediately after applying the sealant.
